Pasabuy connects someone who needs something picked up with someone nearby who can get it. These rules keep that simple and safe for both.

What you can’t request or carry

Anything illegal, stolen or counterfeit.
Medicines of any kind, prescription or not, and medical devices.
Alcohol, tobacco, vapes and anything else with an age limit.
Weapons, fireworks, fuel, chemicals and anything flammable or hazardous.
Cash, money transfers, load or e-wallet top-ups, cheques, gift cards, jewellery and other valuables.
Live animals.
Government IDs, bank cards or documents that need the owner present to collect.
Anything too big or heavy to carry safely by hand or on a motorcycle.

A Pasabuyer may refuse or give back a request that turns out to include any of these. Report it so we can remove it.

Pasabuy doesn’t hold, send or guarantee money. The amounts on a request are a record of what you agreed.
You pay each other directly, in cash or by GCash or similar, when the items are handed over.
If the Pasabuyer pays for the items first, the requester pays back the amount on the receipt, plus the fee.
Keep the receipt, and take the pickup photo. They are the record if you disagree later.
If the price is very different from what was expected, ask in the chat before buying.

Everyone on Pasabuy signs in with LegitShield. Open the other person’s Passport before you accept or hand anything over.
Start small with someone new: a low-cost errand first.
Hand over in a public, well-lit place when you can, and check the items before paying.
Keep the arrangement in the Pasabuy chat. Be wary of anyone who wants to move it elsewhere straight away.
Never share passwords, one-time codes or card details. No one from Pasabuy will ask for them.
If something feels wrong, don’t go ahead. Use “Report a problem” on the request.

Requesters: be exact about what you need, and be there to receive and pay.
Pasabuyers: only accept what you can really do on time, and say so early if plans change.
Either of you can cancel before pickup. After pickup, see it through or report the problem.
People who scam, harass or repeatedly don’t show up are removed.
