Privacy
This is a first, plain-language version while Pasabuy is being started. It describes what the app actually does.
Signing in
You sign in with your LegitShield account. LegitShield tells Pasabuy your name, your Passport ID and the link to your Passport. Pasabuy doesn’t receive your password, and has no password of its own.
What Pasabuy keeps
- Your name, Passport ID and Passport link, from LegitShield.
- The requests you post or accept, and what happened to them.
- Messages you send in a request’s chat.
- Photos added at pickup or delivery.
- Reports you make, or that are made about you.
Who sees what
- Anyone signed in can see an open request: what is needed, the pickup place, the general delivery area, the amounts, and your name with a link to your Passport.
- The exact delivery address, the chat and the photos are seen only by the requester and the Pasabuyer who accepted.
- Once a request is accepted, it is no longer visible to anyone else.
- The people who run Pasabuy can see requests, reports and, when looking into a report, the chat and photos.
What Pasabuy doesn’t do
- It doesn’t handle payments or keep any payment details.
- It doesn’t track your location.
- It doesn’t sell your information or show adverts.
